Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026
This policy explains what information Broken Bread (provided by Pantagani Srujan, operating as Solomon's Desk) collects and how we handle it. We've kept it short and plain — this is a tool for small kitchen owners, and your trust matters more than legal fine print.
What we collect
- Kitchen information: kitchen name, logo, menu items and prices, and your account email when you sign up.
- Staff accounts: the name and email of staff you invite, and their role in your kitchen.
- Customer order details: the customer's name, phone number, items ordered, order total and order status — entered by staff or by customers placing an order through a kitchen's public ordering page.
- Basic technical data: standard logs needed to keep the service secure and running.
We don't collect payment card details — subscription payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment partner.
How it's stored and protected
All data is stored in a secured cloud database with strict access controls: each kitchen's staff can only see that kitchen's data, and customers can only view the single order they track by its order ID. Access is encrypted in transit, and we never look at your orders except to provide support at your request or to fix a problem you've told us about.
What we never do
We do not sell your data — or your customers' data — to anyone. We don't share it with advertisers or use it to build marketing profiles. The only parties who ever process it are the service providers that make Broken Bread work (our cloud database and Razorpay for payments), under their own strict confidentiality obligations.
Your choices
- Kitchen owners: you can update or correct your kitchen details anytime, and you can request a full export or deletion of your kitchen's data by emailing support@solomonsdesk.com.
- Customers: your name and phone number are visible only to the kitchen you ordered from (and to us, for support). If you'd like an order's details removed after it's completed, contact that kitchen or email us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data in a way that matters to you, we'll update this page and note the date above. Questions? Email support@solomonsdesk.com.
